We are a full-service lawn care and landscaping company based in Louisville that caters to both residential and commercial clients. We provide service to all of Jefferson County as well as serving the Mt. Washington community with professional lawn care and landscaping services.

We offer many different types of mulch including hardwood, cedar and cypress. We also offer decorative rock, bark nuggets and much more to help make your lawn or commercial property the envy of the neighborhood. Additionally, our expert staff offers suggestions on annuals and perennials that will make your lawn stand out from early spring through summer and into fall.

We offer a professional Snow and Ice Management service for commercial clients. The biggest question in snow and ice management is “How soon can you be here?” We have a system in place that lets you decide the response time to your facility, subdivision or commercial area. We know we cannot be everywhere first! More importantly, we will not tell you that we can.

​Why did my card get declined?

Transactions can be declined for several reasons:

- Your card isn’t activated yet

- Your card has expired

- You locked your card

- You may have exceeded your daily or monthly spending limits (refer to your Account Agreement)

- An incorrect PIN has been entered multiple times

- There are insufficient funds in your account

- The transaction looks different than your normal spending patterns

- The transaction violates the terms of your Account Agreement (e.g. used on unlawful domestic / international gambling websites, to purchase illegal goods / services, or for cash / teller withdrawals at ATMs outside of the U.S. and its territories, Canada, and Mexico.)  

If you’re still having trouble after confirming your card is activated and has available funds, log in to your account using the Green Dot app and click on Settings, Get Help or click the Chat with us button at the bottom of the page on GreenDot.com.

Why was my card declined online if I have enough​ money in my account?​

The address you provided to the merchant might be different than the address on file for your card.
